How Long does it take for my purchased product(s) to be delivered?
If in Australia, it takes from 3 to 6 business days for your items to be delivered. Other countries worldwide may vary. Please allow up to 15 days for delivery.
How much does the delivery cost?
A flat rate of $9.95 to anywhere worlwide, registered post with online tracking. No signature is required, so PO box addresses are still ok to send to.
Is there any warranty that comes with your products?
At Naderonics, all products come with 12 months warranty from the date of sale. We can exchange or refund any faulty or broken product that is still under warranty.
How can I contact you regarding the waranty of my product?
If your product appeared to be faulty or broken while it is still under waranty, you can contact us on waranty@naderonics.com.au. Full instructions on how to return\exchange your product and\or claim a refund will be sent to your email within 24 hours.
What is your refund policy?
Naderonics will give you a full refund of faulty products that cannot be fixed or replaced.
However, Naderonics does not issue refunds based on change of mind or products with faults caused by incorrect, miss-use or physical damage.
Rarely, due to some unforeseen issues, your delivery could be a little later than the promised time (5-7 for individual orders or up to 4 weeks for mass selling deals). Naderonics does not refund for late delivery yet we promise to work around the clock to catch up with any late delivery to insure our customers satisfaction.
Is it safe to use my credit card on Naderonics website?
All credit card payments on Naderonics website are processed through PayPal. You don't actually put any credit card details on Naderonics website. In saying that, PayPal is 100% secure and the safest online payment method. For more information, please refer to PayPal website.
