Naderonics is an Australian based business and all products are shipped directly from our warehouse in Australia.
Shipping Charges
All orders are shipped using Australia Post eParcel. eParcel has a tracking number and can be tracked online on Australia Post website. To avoid the lost or damaged packages issue and to insure the satisfaction of our customers, we reserve the right to charge an additional flat shipping rate of $9.95 on top of your order's balance to post your product(s) as a registered mail. For peace of mind, our registered mail is also insured (for loss and damage) for the value of your products. There is no signature required and PO boxes are accepted. Tracking number is always provided in your order history when the items leave the office.
Shipping Method
Australia Post eParcel is a door to door service. We can deliver to residential addresses, business addresses and PO boxes. When shipping to a business address please ensure that you specify the business name. Registered orders might require a signature on delivery.
Shipping Timeframe
Most orders are processed and dispatched within two working days of the order being placed. Please allow 5-15 working days for your order to be delivered.
Order Status
You can follow the fulfilment status of your order from the My Account section of our website. After your order has been fulfilled, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided. This email will also include your tracking number.
