How much does the delivery cost?
There is NO delivery costs. It is absolutely FREE to anywhere in Australia.
Is there any warranty that comes with your products?
At Naderonics, all products come with 12 months warranty from the date of sale. We can exchange or refund any faulty or broken product that is still under warranty.
How can I contact you regarding the waranty of my product?
If your product appeared to be faulty or broken while it is still under waranty, you can contact us on waranty@naderonics.com.au. Full instructions on how to return\exchange your product and\or claim a refund will be sent to your email within 24 hours.
What is your refund policy?
Naderonics will give you a full refund of faulty products that cannot be fixed or replaced.
However, Naderonics does not issue refunds based on change of mind or products with faults caused by incorrect or miss use.
In 99% of the cases, your product will be delivered in 3 to 6 working days. However, The 3 to 6 working days (or different time frames in other situiations; e.g. mass selling and bulk buyers) are used as anindication only as Naderonics does not issue refund due to late delivery. In a very few incidents, the product may be delayed in postage, lost in the mailing system, or any other unforseen reasons out of Naderonics control (e.g. customs or flight delays). Although Naderonics will not issue a refund based on the mentioned above circumstances, a full refund may be issued if the product is not delivered within 8 weeks from the date of purchase. The customer will have the choice of requesting a refund or resending another product.
Is it safe to use my credit card on Naderonics website?
All payments on Naderonics website are processed through PayPal. You don't actually put any credit card details on Naderonics website. On the other hand, PayPal is 100% secure and the safest online payment method. All your products pages mention the prices including GST. Will you provide a tax invoice?
Yes. A tax invoice will be sent to the email you use on the checkout process. Please allow up to 48 hours for PayPal to clear your payment (if paid using Credit Card) before the tax invoice would be sent to you.
Is Naderonics an Australian owned business?
Yes. As a fact, no one can register a website domain with the .com.au suffix without an Australian Business Number (ABN). Naderonics.com.au is prowdly an Australian owned and operated business, powered and owned by Worth it Designs.
